Returns & Exchanges

We understand that finding the right size is an important part of your comfort. Therefore, MAMASOUL provides a size exchange service under the following terms and conditions:

  1. The item to be exchanged must be accompanied by an unboxing video and photos (showing the sole, right side, left side, top, and bottom).

  2. Exchanges are valid for a maximum of 7 days after the item is received.

  3. Sale/discounted products cannot be exchanged.

  4. The item must be in good condition, clean, unworn, and undamaged.

  5. All shipping fees for the exchange are borne by the customer.

  6. Exchanges to sizes 40–42 will incur an additional fee of Rp25,000.
